I aim to create an experience for you, to create a positive mind-set, rather than just training. This is how I believe you can learn to push yourself to your limits, even when you are on your own.
Fitness is passion and I am determined to share my knowledge and expertise to help others to achieve their goals without any complicated diet and exercise programme.
Time matters to all of us. I advocate efficiency in exercising and in cooking and that’s why I have developed structured HiiT programmes to become FiiT alongside super-efficient and innovative cooking techniques (not just recipes). Combined, we have a recipe for success!
As a personal trainer I aim to inspire a passion for fitness progress and to impart knowledge that will benefit you for the long term.
Motivation and consistency are key success factors. To be motivational as a coach is extremely important. My fitness packages are designed to be client specific.
If I can fast track your fitness I will, if more time is needed to install confidence and gradually build upon technique this is how we will do it. Goals can achieved and exceeded.
Together we can reach further. As a group we can motivate each other, workout together and improve our health and fitness with some inspired and unique urban workout programmes in London's most beautiful parks.
We have been running a successful bootcamp since 2016 and have seen how much our members have progressed.
