I aim to create an experience for you, to create a positive mind-set, rather than just training. This is how I believe you can learn to push yourself to your limits, even when you are on your own.

Fitness is passion and I am determined to share my knowledge and expertise to help others to achieve their goals without any complicated diet and exercise programme.

Time matters to all of us. I advocate efficiency in exercising and in cooking and that’s why I have developed structured HiiT programmes to become FiiT alongside super-efficient and innovative cooking techniques (not just recipes). Combined, we have a recipe for success!

 
PERSONAL TRAINING

As a personal trainer I aim to inspire a passion for fitness progress and to impart knowledge that will benefit you for the long term.

Motivation and consistency are key success factors. To be motivational as a coach is extremely important. My fitness packages are designed to be client specific.

If I can fast track your fitness I will, if more time is needed to install confidence and gradually build upon technique this is how we will do it.  Goals can achieved and exceeded.

GROUP TRAINING/BOOTCAMP

Together we can reach further. As a group we can motivate each other, workout together and improve our health and fitness with some inspired and unique urban workout programmes in London's most beautiful parks.

We have been running a  successful bootcamp since 2016 and have seen how much our members have progressed.

It's free, It's fun, it's social and It's outdoors. The perfect way to unwind and improve our lifestyles.

My aim is to help you to achieve your best. I believe I have the right knowledge to encourage you to work to the best of your ability, to ensure you get the most from your workout from the correct form to the effective use of the equipment or bodyweight. Whatever your level, I will focus on your fitness and training programme to fit in with your schedule, abilities, interests and lifestyle.

They say that abs are made in the kitchen. Well it's true. My passion when it comes to food and cooking over the years has ingrained in me an extensive knowledge of food nutrition and various types of diet and plans. Having said that, none of my clients are obliged to follow any diet unless they can exercise regularly with certain level of intensity. I will tailor your individual food plan to your own unique fitness programme and body goals. With a little help your goals are in sight!
