When we meet each other for first time, we will sit down and have a chat for around 45 minutes. I will be asking numerous questions so that I can fully understand about your goals, past injuries, your preferred workouts, current exercise routine, lifestyle, eating habits and your body measurements so we can track your progress.
I would be more than happy to give you advise on nutrition, recipes and cooking hacks. I have spend a lot of time in the kitchen and not just gym :)
